Allan Lee
Mr. Allan Lee joins as AFO Missions Leader. Allan is currently the Head of Family Governance Center of the Legacy Academy. He is a Master Family Legacy Planner who is responsible for family legacy consultancy for family business owners and families and legacy training services for professionals. He specialises in family governance and researches on success factors of Japanese enterprises with longevity.

Amen Lee
Dr. Amen Lee joins as Co-Chair, MAG - Philanthropy & Legacy with particular focus on managing legacy related agenda. Amen is the President of Legacy Academy and is a well-known specialist in family business succession. He has created the unique "Holistic Wealth Family Legacy Five-Dimension Model" to address both the tangibles and intangibles in transgenerational legacy planning. Dr. Lee frequently conducts family succession training and client seminars for international private banks as well as high-net-worth wealth management firms. He is the author of seven books on family business succession and regularly writes for various magazines and newspapers.

Amy Zhang
Ms. Amy Zhang joins as AFO Missions Leader. Amy has been in the private wealth field for over 15 years. Initially being a private banker and turned into a wealth planner to provide succession planning solutions to high net-worth families in Asia regions. She is experienced in setting up trust structures including Uk Power Trust, Asset protection trust, pre-IPO trust, insurance trust, employee share award trust and Charitable trust. She is familiar with trust jurisdiction including Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman, Jersey and the Bahamas.

Amy Zong
Ms. Amy Zong joins as AFO Missions Leader. Amy founded RuiZhi Family Office which provides all-round services such as financial security, global assets management, tax planning, legacy and identity management to enterprises and families in China. Since 2019, she has been appointed as the director of the Shanghai Office of Chinese Aesthetic Education, dedicated to promoting President Xi’s guidance on education and philanthropy regarding renaissance of Chinese traditional culture. She contributes greatly on national philanthropy, development of Corporate Social Responsibility and rises in the number of voluntary services. She is an expert in the planning and execution of philanthropy work in China.

Anthony Woo
Mr. Anthony Woo joins as AFO Missions Leader. Anthony is currently the Executive Director of Alpha Intelligence Capital (AIC), a venture capital firm focusing on A.I. investments globally, with notable transactions including SenseTime (Computer Vision in China), Deep Instinct (Cybersecurity in Israel), Aidoc (AI-augmented Radiology in Israel), and X-37 (Drug Discovery in US). Prior to AIC, Anthony is the Researcher at the Harvard Business School AsiaPacific Research Center, Anthony co-authored case studies on Ant Financial (award-winning), Lufax, Dianrong, and Blockchain with HBS professors.

Ms. Bowie Lam is the Vice Chairman of AFO. Bowie will support MAG on all publicity and engagement programs. She will work with Eric in actively recruiting patrons for fueling all required development works.

Brain Ho
Mr. Brian Ho joins as Chair, MAG - Sustainability and SDGs Pursurance. Brain will lead all missionary work on this workstream. He is a Partner at EY and expert in Climate Change and Sustainability Services. He manages a team of 60+ FTEs in Hong Kong and South China. He has over 18 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG / Responsible Investment / Supply Chain EHSS Management. He has over 15 years of management experience.

CiCi Lu
Ms. Cici Lu joins as AFO Missions Leader. She is passionate about advocating crypto and blockchain technology applications in philanthropy, as she believes the governance of blockchain enables a more inclusive, efficient and transparent society. Cici’s roots are in Beijing, but she is currently residing in Singapore. She has extensive institutional banking experience having traded fixed income and foreign exchange in London, Sydney and Singapore and has investment banking experience in Toronto. She is leveraging traditional banking knowledge to her current role in the crypto asset management space. She is Managing Partner at Apollo Capital which is a leader in crypto asset space. With her personal network with the next generation leaders in the region, she will support our publicity and engagement agenda."

Mr. Chee Keong Ong joins as AFO Missions Leader. Chee Keong is CEO of Singapore Global Trust. He has experience of being the advisor in Fintech Alliance Group and Geniebook. He has also been Managing Director at Singapore based FinTech firm Helicap Investments Pte Ltd. Moreover, he is also the Co-Founder of Mind & Hand which is a Singapore Based Edutech congregator platform. He has over 12 years of corporate experience as a banker working for a well-established financial institution with an international outreach in the retail banking environment.

Daniel Chan
Mr. Daniel Chan joins as AFO Missions Leader. Daniel is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in banking, non-profit organization & management consulting industry. Skilled in Business Resilience Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit Management, Corporate/IT Governance, Family Business Succession Planning, Youth Development and Experiential Education. Also a seasoned Information Security, IT audit and Business Continuity Planning professional with internationally-recognized certifications.

David Fenn
David joins as AFO and MAG General Counsel. He is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. Before setting up the firm, he practiced at some of the largest law firms in Hong Kong, and spent a short stint as a merchant banker. David has obtained Hong Kong qualification for over 15 years.

Eric Poon
Dr. Eric Poon is the Senior Executive Vice Chairman of AFO. Eric will support MAG on engagement programs with particular focus in actively recruiting patrons for fueling all required development works. He is the key person in developing dialogues with donors & responsible corporations.

Dr. Eva Law is the Founder & Chairman of AFO. Eva will work closely with Wei on all governance agenda and come up with the strategic blueprint of MAG in the next 5 years. On top of it, her key focus is securing the required resources and talents to accommodate the development and outreaching works.

Mr. Gregory Cohen joins as Advisor to MAG. Gregory Cohen is Executive Director of Philanthropy Leaders (PL), based in New York City. PL promotes the right of every person, particularly children, to grow physically and intellectually in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment.

Iris Tsang
Ms. Iris Tsang joins as AFO Missions Leader. Iris is the head of Family Blessing Trust Center and master family legacy planner of Legacy Academy. She is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. She earned her Master degree in Financial Management from University of London. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

Ms. Junia Ho joins as Advisor to MAG. Junia is the justice of peace in Hong Kong. She is a seasoned Trainer, in particular, on Softskills and parenting training; Over the year, served quite number of Government standing committees and also acted as Advisor to various of NGOs. She is also the founder of Relybase offering management consulting and training services. She has wealthy experience sitting on various grant making boards.

Ms. Karina Wong joins as AFO Missions Leader. Karina is a Hong Kong Tax Partner in EY Private. She has been providing tax advisory and compliance services to multinational corporations and local companies. She has expertise in tax compliance, business restructuring, cross border transactions, tax due diligence and advising on the taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments and implementation of tax effective strategies.

Kelvin Ung
Mr. Kelvin Ung joins as Co-Chair, MAG - Philanthropy & Legacy with particular focus on managing all agenda relating to philanthropy technologies and the use of blockchain in missionary work. Kelvin is a strategist, innovator and has served institutions SFC, UBS and CLSA. At Liquidnet he supported the globalisation of the world's most successful institutional dark pool. At CLSA Kelvin led a business that digitised the lifecycle of private asset investments on blockchain (private equity and commercial real estate). His strategic consulting firm is focussed on sustainability, decarbonisation, blockchain and digital business transformation leveraging artificial intelligence support industries from finance, supply chain, manufacturing, last mile logistics to e-commerce.

Dr. Kenny Siu joins as Advisor to MAG. Kenny has over 30 years of experience in project management and consultancy in the property industry. Dr. Siu has extensive relations with major developers in HK, including Shui On Properties Limited, Harbour Ring Property Development Limited, SIIC Investment Company Limited and Hsin Chong Construction Group. Dr. Siu was an independent non-executive director in Easy Repay Finance & Investment Limited, a HK listed entity.

Mr. Luke Tam joins as AFO Missions Leader. Luke is the managing director of CCdigits with vast experience in technology application development. CCdigits is a Shanghai-based company, it has three main services including digitalization, big data and Internet of Things (IoT). Luke and his company will develop the philanthropy technology tools for MAG.

Mr. Michael Rotondi joins as Advisor to MAG. Michael wrote a dozen white papers relating to Blockchain projects and was experienced in strategizing projects that have significant blockchain & CBDCs components .

Dr. Louis Poon is the Senior Executive Vice Chairman of AFO. Louis will provide support to MAG on all operational aspects and manage the cross-groups coordination.

Maud joins as Advisor to MAG. She is the founder & CEO of Beyond Finance Consulting Ltd and is the Senior Advisor at the GIIN- Independent Investment Committee Member. She has extensive experience and deep knowledge on sustainable finance, impact investing and ESG matters.

Minnie Yeung
Ms. Minnie Yeung joins as AFO Missions Leader. Minnie joined Give2Asia in 2019 to lead Give2Asia Foundation Limited in Hong Kong SAR PRC. Her role is to ensure that the Foundation serves the local community’s needs, working with donors, family foundations, major corporations, local partners, and networking with high net-worth individuals. Before joining Give2Asia, Minnie founded a successful media group. Minnie trained as a classical pianist at the Beijing Music Academy.

Ms. Sherry Shi is the Vice Chairman of AFO. Sherry will lead all marketing and publicity related campaigns and work closely with MAG chairs, advisors and Missions Leaders for running effective engagement programs.

Prof. Thomas CC Wong joins as Advisor to MAG. Thomas is the Founding President of the Institute of International Sustainable Development and Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee at one of the most influential business chambers in Hong Kong. He focuses on all aspects of Sustainable Development with special interest in Animals Based Industries, including meat, animal fiber fashion and pets industries.

Wei Xiaoxiang
Mr. Wei Xiaoxiang joins as AFO Missions Leader. Xiaoxiang has been awarded the 2020 Hurun China U30s and the award of Outstanding Wealth Advisor In Asia. He worked at Citibank, HSBC, Ping An Private Bank. Now he is the Executive Director of Deyu Family Office, the Senior Assistant Director of the Yifang Research Institute and the Honorary Program Development Consultant OF the Give2Asia Foundation where it has served a high number of billion-families.

Zheng Wei
Mr. Wei Zheng joins as our MAG Chair, he leads MAG to achieve our strategic goals and focuses on governance. Wei teaches strategic philanthropy and philanthropy planning at the China Global Philanthropy Institute founded by Bill Gates, Ray Dalio and three leading Chinese philanthropists. He is the Founder and Director of Alliance For Good in Singapore, a board Chair at the Philanthropy Leaders Foundation in the U.S. and an Asia Pacific Leader of the Obama Foundation founded by the former U.S. President Barack Obama. With over 15 years of experience with the global nonprofit sector and philanthropy advisory business, he has advised and worked with several leading families, family offices and private foundations across Asia and the U.S. on philanthropy planning, structuring, collaborative giving and investing.
